“Work is getting underway on a second garage for really nice and expensive toys. WheelHouse is going in on Palm Valley Road, just off Nocatee Parkway. The idea is this: Thirty-six units basically planned for storage of fine autos for people who don’t have enough room at home for them. But they’ll hold RVs, boats or anything else that needs large storage.

Chris Pilinko, one of the partners, said the units are 20 feet high with sizes running from 700 square feet to over 2,000 square feet. Two guys, he said, are buying three units with no walls between them for their car collection.”
